You can design and create your own plush toys for any occasion – using three simple steps.
Step 1 - Design
We use your visuals, sketches or descriptions as our starting point. Depending on your brand, campaign, goal, or purpose, our team will advise about style and specification to make the most of your custom plush. To complete this process, a hand sample will be provided and any final adjustments can be made before production of your new soft toy.
Step 2 - Manufacture
Once the hand sample is approved we will commence production, subject to our minimum order quantity. Each item is carefully made by hand, thoroughly and independently QC checked, EN71 safety tested and thoughtfully packaged, ready for dispatch.
Step 3 - Deliver
Secure transport with prompt delivery to your chosen location is efficiently arranged.

Do we design soft toys?
Yes, we design all our soft toys here in the UK. Supplying charities, promotional companies, corporations, businesses of all kinds, museums, holiday parks, sports teams, universities and schools (including from kids drawings on occasions), authors, publishers and many more. Whether you need soft plush toys for fundraising, promotional or retail purposes, events and more, our experienced design team can help. We can work from any design idea, image, visual, description and sketch. In the past, we have helped bring many characters to life, from children’s book illustrations (from an ant to a giraffe), company logos and mascots, exhibits (from museums and zoos), TV, video game and film favourites. There is no limit to what we can create.
WHAT KINDS OF PLUSH DO WE MAKE?
We specialise in any size custom branded plush. That could be a plush animal, character, asset, mascot, teddy bear, giant plush, beanie, clip-on or keychain. We have a huge choice of fabrics to choose from – which are all top quality and safety approved. We can also manufacture soft toys using 100% eco-friendly, sustainable and recycled materials. Producing to your bespoke requirements with complete flexibility to add clothing/accessories/branding as required. WHAT BESPOKE PLUSH BRANDING OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?
We can embroider or print logos directly onto your plush toy. Print onto any type of clothing like T-shirts, sweatshirts and jumpers. We colour-match fabrics and add retail or promotional information and/or branding by way of swing tag and sewn in label. See examples in the gallery above.
WHAT PACKAGING CAN WE OFFER?
To minimise waste we usually supply our soft toys in one outer carton poly bag to protect your plush. Other packaging options include biodegradable individual bags and card display boxes. If you wish, we can provide branding on these boxes, to match your company or clients specifications. Point of display solutions can also be provided as required.
WHAT IS OUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ) FOR PLUSH TOYS?
Our MOQ is typically 500. However, in some instances this can be higher, such as for very small items like plush clip-ons and plush keyrings or lower if a bigger than usual (like a giant custom plush doll or plush animal)
WHERE IS OUR PLUSH MADE?
We are based in the UK and this is where your product is designed. Once we have your approval for the custom plush toy hand-sample, we use one of our trusted factories. These are based in Europe and Asia, and are all ethically ICTI accredited.
DO WE MAKE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PLUSH?
Yes, we use recycled polyester stuffing as standard and offer recycled fabric made from plastic bottles (PET), linen and organic GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified fabric. Embroidered rather than plastic features, such as eyes and nose, can also be used minimise plastic use. If you want to create eco-friendly plush toys, you can choose from a range of these materials, to create a more sustainable, green and eco-friendly plush toy.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE (LEADTIME)?
Once we have your design requirements, hand samples usually take around 14 days. From hand sample approval to delivery allow three to four months. If you have a tight deadline, please discuss it with us at the start of a project to see if we can expedite the process and provide alternative transport options.
IS SAFETY TESTING INCLUDED?
Yes, all our products are safety tested, EN71 for UK and Europe, and marked accordingly with UKCA/CE. Cost for this is included in the price we quote. We can also test to meet ASTM, ISO and others for international requirements.
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?
Yes, all our quotes include delivery to your door.
