Whatever your custom toy or collectable requirement, we would love to help transform your project into reality. We deal exclusively with businesses and there is a minimum order quantity to achieve the best value.
MOQ
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on product, usually it starts at 500 units for custom soft toys. For 100% recycled plush or smaller items such as keyrings or bag charms the MOQ starts at 1000 units. We also offer organic plush with MOQ starting at 2000 units per design.
Lead Time
From starting a plush project to finish the lead time is around 5 – 6 months. Developement can take from 2 weeks to a month, production takes 60 days and shipping around 60 days. Some products, such as keyrings and pin badges, are much faster and can be launched within a month. If your project is urgent, let us know and we will see what we can do!
Cost
The cost depends on size, complexity and quantity. Once we have an idea of these we can quickly calculate a price for you. Our quotes include safety testing (UKCA suitable from birth), delivery, branding, custom hang tags and packaging as required. Our soft toys are always made with recycled stuffing as standard.
