MOQ
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on product, usually 500 units for custom soft toys (smaller items like keyrings/bag charms the MOQ is typically 1,000).
Lead Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for hand sample, then from approval 4 months for production through to delivery. Some products (keyrings, pin badges etc) are much quicker, often within a month, if your project is more urgent, let us know and we will see what we can do!
Cost
The cost depends on size, complexity and quantity. Once we have an idea of these we can quickly calculate a price for you. Our quote can include branding, custom hang tags and packaging as required. Our soft toys always include recycled stuffing and can include recycled fabrics when required (although this can increase MOQ).
